Peak Performance Club is dedicated to helping members achieve their individual fitness goals through structured workouts, meetings, and nutrition guidance. In our meetings, we discuss different ways to improve your workouts, nutrition, and overall health. While working out may seem intimidating, the leaders of the club – the two of us and Jonathan Abrams ‘27 – have years of experience in both working out and nutrition.

We welcome people of all ages, genders, and years of experience in working out to come to our weekly Thursday meetings in Mr. Klein’s Room at 10:05 am. Getting in shape should not be scary, and Peak Performance Club is ready to help guide you. Our mission is to make an easier process for your goals to become reality. Whether in the weight room, in the kitchen, or in your mind, we can provide immense help to you on your journey.
